DHS: Progress Getting Cyber Security Technology Out of the Laboratory and Into the Marketplace

The Department of Homeland Security announced that a new cyber security technology has successfully transitioned from laboratory development into the commercial marketplace. The technology  is a malware forensics detection and software assurance technology originally developed by Oak Ridge National Laboratory.  More rapid transition of experimental technologies to market is needed to keep up with the spread of more sophisticated malware and consequent increase in cyber breaches across nearly all critical infrastructure sectors.
